For over 20 years, I built and ran a creative and digital marketing agency, working with businesses ranging from growing SMEs to established national brands.
Running my own agency gave me more than marketing experience. It gave me perspective.
I understand the reality of running a business. The pressure to grow, the need for things to actually work, and the impact of getting it wrong. That shapes how I approach marketing today.
After selling the agency, I stepped back and looked at where I could add the most value.
What I enjoyed most wasn’t producing campaigns. It was helping business owners get clarity, make better decisions, and build marketing that actually moves things forward.
That’s why I created Bloom.
I now work as an external marketing lead, supporting founders and leadership teams who want their marketing to feel clear, focused and commercially effective.
That includes improving visibility, strengthening messaging, building consistency and helping turn marketing into something that drives growth over time.
